For Nishad operating H4 is the culmination of decades of teaching, training and competing in Football Leagues. Since 2010, Nishad has spent thousands of hours teaching students young and old, instructing everyone from first timers to professional Footballer, celebrities and also choreographed movie and web series. 

Created H4 1v1 Trainers in 2023 to bring high quality training program for youth footballers, to develop individual skills and confidence in one-on-one situations, improve dribbling, defensive tactics, and decision-making for youth footballers.
